Carla Bruni gave birth to the first baby born to a sitting French leader since Napolean's wife gave birth to Napolean II. It's a pretty big deal. She recently announced the name she and president Nicolas Sarkozy decided to go with: Giulia Bruni Sarkozy. Love the name and the fact she passed on her family name through her daughter by passing on her last name as the baby's middle name. She
