Avoiding Being Anxious About Labor: A Partner's Guide Mar 16th 2013, 11:05 Having a worry about birth is fairly normal. Nick Cannon talked about his fear before the birth of his twin with wife, Mariah Carey.  Though it's not something that just celebrity dads suffer from - nearly everyone has some sort of anxiety about birth.  But this really got me thinking about birth and what we could do to help partners cope better in the delivery room.   Did your partner have concerns?
