Tori Spelling is Expecting Number Four Mar 23rd 2012, 15:25 Tori Spelling and husband, Dean McDermott welcomed a new baby girl, Hattie Margaret, on October 10, 2011.  Today she announced that baby number four is on the way. The couple also have children Liam and Stella. I'm completely thrilled for her.  I love having a large family.  Tori will need to be careful to have great nutrition because of the stress on her body from having another baby so close to this one.  If she's still nursing Hattie, it is considered safe for her to nurse in pregnancy. Other than that, wow, having four is a delightful handful.  What advice would you give Tori? Photo © Alberto E.
