Maternity Underwear Apr 17th 2012, 01:15 Am I the only one who thinks that maternity underwear needs a serious overhaul?  It falls off, rides up and is generally unhelpful.  I tried nearly every type of pregnancy panty during my pregnancies.  One time I did find, when I was 41 weeks pregnant, a brand that worked for me, only to find out that in my next pregnancy, my belly shape negated all the benefits I'd found in the previous pregnancy.  What's a woman to do?
