Let's face it, there are a lot of judgmental people out there. Sometimes people don't even realize that what they are saying is being judgmental. They may believe that they are talking to you from a place of true concern. No matter what the reason behind it, women feel a lot of judgments from the comments from others about their choices in birth.
I think we can all agree that having a baby is one of the hardest things that we will ever do in our lives, no matter how that baby enters the world. There is a lot of thought that goes into making decisions and worrying over every details, trying to do what's best for mom and baby. People truly do want to have a healthy mom, baby and birth. That said, it looks differently to different people. What is the right kind of birth for me, might be your nightmare and vice versa.
