Tennis Balls for Labor Support

Look, labor is hard enough on its own. That's not a secret. What may be a secret are some of the tools that can help you stay calm and comfortable. Most people know about relaxation from childbirth class. But there are some physical tools that can be helpful, and I don't want you to spend a ton of money on it.

So, here is what you need to gather: two tennis balls, a tube sock and 1-2 pounds of plain rice, optional knee high. With these quick and easy tools, you are going to make two easy labor support tools; a massage tool and a source of heat. The first are instructions to make a rice sock. After that a tennis ball massager.

What other things could you use in labor?
