Mom Jogging with New Baby in Stroller

A recent study looked at breastfeeding and exercise when it came to how infants grew. The study combined what was already out there and looked at whether or not there were effects on the growth of infants. While it's already known that babies who are breast fed grow differently than babies who are not breast fed, this looked at a mom's activity specifically.

This was a small look at moms and babies and they've proposed more studies, but given the fact that breastfeeding is good for babies and moms and exercise is good for moms, they believe it is completely appropriate to recommend that mothers engage in both, rather than to delay the return to exercise.

What are your plans to exercise after baby?
